Visualizing Impact at Scale

For the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority’s 2024 Annual Achievements Film, I led the project in its entirety—overseeing its strategic narrative structure, creative direction, and full production execution to ensure a cohesive and impactful representation of the Authority’s national accomplishments.

The core challenge lay in transforming a vast volume of achievements—numbers, statistics, milestones, and awards—into a dynamic and engaging visual experience. Rather than presenting data conventionally, the film was designed as an immersive awareness-driven narrative that translates performance metrics into a compelling cinematic language.

In collaboration with Director Younes Medhat, we crafted a refined visual approach that balances institutional authority with creative innovation. Through thoughtful pacing, advanced motion design, and carefully structured storytelling, the film captures the scale, transparency, and measurable impact of ZATCA’s efforts throughout the year.

From concept development to final delivery, I managed the project holistically—aligning creative ambition with operational precision to ensure clarity, credibility, and emotional resonance. The result is a visually elevated annual film that not only documents achievements, but reinforces ZATCA’s role as a driving force in economic development, regulatory advancement, and national progress.
