A Year of Measurable Impact

For the 2023 Annual Achievements Film of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), I led the project in its entirety—overseeing the strategic narrative development, creative direction, and full production lifecycle to deliver a comprehensive and visually compelling account of the Authority’s yearly milestones.

The challenge was to transform a year’s worth of accomplishments—spanning performance metrics, regulatory advancements, operational milestones, and national contributions—into a cohesive cinematic narrative. Rather than presenting achievements as static data, the film was structured as a dynamic visual journey that reflects progress, transparency, and institutional strength.

By managing the project holistically from concept to final delivery, I ensured alignment between creative execution and the Authority’s strategic positioning. The visual language emphasized clarity, authority, and forward momentum—translating complex achievements into an engaging and accessible storytelling experience.

The result is an impactful annual film that not only documents performance, but reinforces ZATCA’s role as a key driver of economic sustainability, regulatory excellence, and national development.
